It can be beneficial to bring employees from different departments together and encourage them to interact in a different setting. This can help coworkers break down barriers and build community spirit. It can also help to push employees out of their comfort zone by encouraging them to try new sports or activities in which they may not have previously participated. This can help to improve teamwork and communication skills, as well as overall company morale. Thank you to the United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) for organising a badminton tournament (on December 2, 2022). All in all, it was a fantastic experience. Lucky, team Rizwan Baig and Hamza Ghafoor won the final match and received a trophy.🏆
